What we collect

• What you send us: when you book a free audit or write to us, your name, business, website, phone, city, email and preferred walkthrough time.
• No analytics yet. If we add them, they will run only if you accept statistics cookies.

Why we use it

To run your free audit and contact you about it (with your consent, given on the form), to answer messages, and, with your consent, to improve the site. We don’t sell personal information or share it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run our site and email: our host, our content delivery network, our email providers and, if you accept them, analytics. Each processes data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Audit requests and messages for as long as we’re in touch, then up to two years for our records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Where it’s processed

Our team and some of our providers are outside the UK and the US. When your information is handled abroad, we use providers that protect it under the safeguards the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing us. In the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). Our Cookies page lists what the site uses.
